Course and Programming
Courses for older adults, led by instructors, offer opportunities for physical, emotional, and social engagement. From gentle exercises like chair yoga to language learning, artistic expression, and musical exploration, these offerings cater to diverse interests and levels.
Whether fostering flexibility through fitness or nurturing creativity, these courses provide a holistic approach to well-being, creating a space for meaningful connections and self-discovery among older adults.
Drop-In Activities
We offer affordable opportunities for adults aged 50+ to partake in social interaction in a relaxed, non-instructional setting. Enjoy the camaraderie of activities like cribbage, engage in physical pursuits such as pickleball or badminton, or simply enjoy the company of fellow participants while contributing to a meaningful cause through communal knitting sessions.
Online Connection
In the past few years, we've realized that many in our 50+ community face challenges like mobility issues, health concerns, or distance from our locations. Whether you're dealing with these issues or simply far away, we hear you. Our focus is on expanding and enhancing our online programs to better serve our virtual community.
