Many seniors spend time at Kerby Café as it offers a safe, comfortable, and accessible environment for them. Do not underestimate the importance of sitting together to enjoy a delicious meal, the Canada Food Guide finds this is a key to healthy eating habits, thus better quality of life.
Get involved in our Pay It Forward initiative by buying a meal for a senior for as little as a $10 donation.
