Laughter Yoga

When: March 6 2026 | Friday | 11:00 am – 11:50 pm
Where:  Zoom - online. The Zoom link will be sent to those who register. 
Cost: Free

Laughter Yoga combines yogic breathing, gentle stretching, laughter exercises, and relaxation to boost health and wellbeing. Because the body responds the same to intentional laughter as genuine laughter, participants receive the same physiological benefits.
