Join our eight-week Falls Prevention Steady Moves Series, featuring eight 1.5-hour weekly sessions. Each session includes a 30-minute expert-led talk on evidence-based falls prevention strategies, followed by a 1-hour strength and balance exercise session led by Erynn Biggar.
Eligibility Criteria Age:
- Living Situation: living independently in your own home.
- Mobility: Must walk independently without assistive devices (e.g., canes, walkers, wheelchairs).
- Physical Activity: Capable of participating in exercises without assistance and managing movements independently.
