Are you an Outbound Calling Superstar? Do you dream about closing sales 
and finding new leads? Okay, maybe not dream, but you get the idea. If so, 
this position is for you!

ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced cold-calling B2B Sales Representative. You have the 
personality traits that represent BBB in the marketplace and drive success in this 
role.

• Live and breathe sales, calling and lead generation

• You would rather be on the phone than not
• Ethical / seasoned / approachable

Work Environment
• Work from home – full or part time

Responsibilities:
• Expand BBB's customer base and ensure its strong community and online 
presence by canvassing all sources for potential prospects, conducting cold 
calls, lead generating, and responding to direct inquiries
• Hit sales targets consistently and achieve growth
• Establish the foundation for strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts

Requirements:
• Successful experience in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at 
all levels

Experience:
• Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
• Sales Experience: 2 years (preferred)
Job Type: Independent Contractor
• Commissions / Bonuses – training ramp up (2 months)

Benefits:
• Hybrid and/or work from home most days – flexible schedule
Flexible Language Requirement:
• French or other languages not required, but could be an asset
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
