Active Aging Calgary

Our Active Aging courses and programs are instructor-led, at various skill levels, for older adults to engage and connect physically, emotionally and socially. Activities include a variety of physical fitness classes for all levels of ability; educational programs, like learning a new language; and creative art and music classes. At Unison, there's something for everyone!
