Zumba Gold

It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh and most of all exhilarating! Classes will provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults or anyone looking for a low impact, low intensity workout. Come lose yourself in the Latin music and rhythms that will make you feel uplifted!
