Elder Abuse Outreach

Elder Abuse Outreach in Medicine Hat is provided to adults age 50 and older. Referrals are accepted from anyone interested in the well-being of older adults. Our team offers assessment, support and case management to those at risk of or experiencing elder abuse.

What We Offer

Our program is about Case Management, Support, Education and Prevention. Unison’s Elder Abuse Outreach team is here to help.

We provide:

  • Education, advocacy and referral services.
  • Support navigating complex systems for the best possible outcomes.
  • Knowledge, skills and competence to help end elder abuse.
